Collaboration. Flexibility. Mobility. These three key concepts guided the creation of the new space for Key Bank at the historic Higbee landmark building on Public Square. Here is your opportunity to meet the in-house Design team for the project, ask questions and take a tour to experience: Fewer “me” spaces, more “we” spaces to promote well-being and work LEED Certification and sustainable construction Media:Scape technology based furniture Technology based work environment for new ways of working Preservation of Higbee’s significance as an historic landmark Daylight maximization Occupancy Cost Reduction Culture and workstyle that includes commuting and mobility.

Presenters Include:

Jill Hubbard, Associate Vice President, Workplace Program Manager, KeyBank
Jill M. Hubbard joined KeyBank in December, 1994. She is currently in a new position developing new workplace strategy, tools, policies and guidelines for all corporate of-fice space to drive towards a more efficient, sustainable, optimized environment for our employees and shareholders. Phase One includes the Top 45 buildings totaling over 3 million square feet.

Ms. Hubbard received her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from Purdue University in West Lafa-yette, Indiana, and is an NCIDQ certified interior designer. She is currently pursuing her LEED accredi-tation for Interior Design and Construction.

CRAIG FOTI, Cleveland Corporate Facilities Manager, KeyBank
Craig Foti joined KeyBank in 1999 at the Southgate Branch in Maple Heights. After just seven months, he transitioned to the position of Building Coordinator. Mr. Foti was promoted to Facilities Manager for the downtown corporate buildings in 2007. This role includes Key Tower, Higbee, 800 Superior and the Downtown Retail Branches. His prime responsible includes day to day operations, repair & maintenance projects, cos-metic remodels, security and capital improvement projects.

Mr. Foti has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Bergen Community College in Para-mus, New Jersey.
